Supportacus Privacy Policy
Digital Nexus Technologies, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of its customers, visitors, and other users of the Supportacus service request management system service (the “Service”) offered via its website, http://www.Supportacus.com (the “Website”). We created this Privacy Policy to give you confidence and describe how we treat personal information as you visit the Website and use the Service. Collection of Personal Information
Registration and Use of the Service. You need a username and password to access the protected areas of the Service. We require some limited personal information to create a Service account, including your user name, password, company name and email address. We may also need your billing address and credit card information if you have chosen a paid account. You may change your account settings by means of the Administrator Setup/Account section on www.Supportacus.com. We may retain any information to the extent required by law or otherwise in connection with the permitted information sharing described above.

The Service and content on it (either from us or third parties) may contain links to other sites and resources controlled by third parties. We are not responsible for privacy practices or content of these other sites or resources, and you should consult the privacy statements of such other sites and resources.
Changes
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Service and/or sending information regarding the amendment to your email address of record with us. You shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments by continuing to use the Service after such amendments have been posted or information regarding such amendments has been sent to you. If you do not agree to any of such changes, you may immediately cease all access and use of the Service.
International Users
The Service is hosted and provided in the United States of America. If you are accessing the Service from the European Union, Asia, or any other jurisdiction with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, which differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your use of the Service, you are transferring your personal information to the United States of America and you consent to that transfer.
